Laura McFarland

Laura is Assistant to Spencer, Janice and Tom in the Senior Investment Team, as well as working closely with the Associates. Before joining Active, Laura spent six years travelling the world as Cabin Crew for British Airways, visiting countries including Australia, South Africa, Japan, Brazil and America.

Laura began her career as a Trainee Accountant at MTS Ltd in Belfast after studying at the University of Glasgow. Outside of work, you’ll find Laura out and about with friends, perfecting the interior design in her apartment and exploring new countries.

Having worked for a global company like British Airways, I love the family feel you get from being part of the Active team. Every day is different, and I get to work with inspirational founders building exciting brands I know and love.
